Cancellation Policy
Our Performance Assessment sessions must be scheduled and paid for at least 24 hours in advance. Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellations made between 12 hours and 1 hour before the session will incur a $25 late cancellation fee. If a client cancels within 1 hour of the session or does not attend, they will be charged a $50 fee. Rescheduling within the 12-hour window is treated as a cancellation and subject to the same fees. Refunds are available for cancellations made outside the 12-hour window, but late cancellation fees are non-refundable. In the event of unavoidable technical issues, clients should notify us immediately, and we will reschedule at no additional cost.
