Cancellation Policy
All training programs must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Cancellations are not permitted. We strive to provide consistent coaching, but schedules may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances. All athletes are expected to follow safety guidelines and maintain respectful behavior during training. Failure to do so may result in removal from the program without refund. Training includes injury prevention measures, and athletes must communicate any injuries or concerns to their coach immediately to allow for adjustments to their training plan. Additionally, in the event of technical or facility-related issues, location changes may be made and all athletes/parents will be notified. This policy ensures a structured, safe, and supportive training environment while accommodating valid exceptions.
