Our Event-Specific Track & Field Training offers personalized, one-on-one sessions with Coach John Dagata, former Olympic Training Center resident coach and one of the most respected minds in the sport. With decades of experience coaching Olympians, World Championship medalists, and NCAA champions, Coach Dagata brings elite-level technical knowledge and a deep understanding of athlete development to every session.

These individualized sessions are available for all track and field events, including:
Throws (Discus, Shot Put, Javelin, Hammer) • Jumps (High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Pole Vault) • Hurdles• Sprints • Multis
