YOUTH ATHLETIC Development
Our Kids Development Training Program is specifically designed for athletes aged 8-14 to build the
essential foundations for athletic success. Perfect for football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, and more, it’s the foundation every young athlete needs to stay ahead of the competition.
This 4-day-a-week program preps young athletes to excel in high school, college, and beyond by focusing on:
Speed Training
​ Improve running mechanics, sprinting, and agility for faster, more explosive movements.
Plyometrics
Develop power and explosiveness to enhance vertical jump, coordination, and overall athleticism.
Strength Training
Teach proper lifting techniques with safe, age-appropriate exercises to build strength and prevent injuries.
Core & Injury Prevention
Every session includes exercises to build core strength and injury-preventative warm-ups and cool-downs.
